1. Service Description

NutriPlan is an AI-powered meal planning tool that generates personalized meal plans using a two-stage linear programming (LP) solver and USDA nutritional data. The service helps users optimize meals around hard nutritional constraints including fructose limits, omega-3:6 ratios, and glycemic load.

NutriPlan is a planning and informational tool. It is not a medical service, dietary therapy service, or healthcare provider.

2. Medical Disclaimer (Important)

NutriPlan is designed for general wellness purposes only. It is not a substitute for professional medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment.

• The meal plans generated are based on general nutritional guidelines and your self-reported biometric data. They are not customized for medical conditions.
• If you have diabetes, kidney disease, eating disorders, cardiovascular disease, or any other medical condition, consult a registered dietitian or physician before following any meal plan generated by NutriPlan.
• Pregnant or nursing individuals should consult a healthcare provider before changing their diet.
• NutriPlan makes no warranties about the accuracy of nutritional calculations for your specific medical needs.

By using NutriPlan, you acknowledge that you are using the service at your own risk and that NutriPlan is not responsible for any health outcomes resulting from following generated meal plans.

3. Subscription Terms

Free Plan: Access to 1 meal plan generation per day. Core features included.

Premium Plan — $49/year:

• Unlimited meal plan generations.
• All premium features unlocked.
• Billed annually. Subscription auto-renews at the same price unless cancelled.

Cancellation: You may cancel your subscription at any time. Access to premium features continues until the end of the current billing period. No partial refunds for unused time.

Refunds: Refunds may be issued at our discretion within 14 days of initial purchase if you have not heavily used the service. Contact nutriplan@polsia.app for refund requests.

Payment Processing: Payments are processed by Stripe. By completing a purchase, you also agree to Stripe's terms of service.

4. User Responsibilities

You agree to:

• Provide accurate biometric inputs. Inaccurate height, weight, age, or activity level inputs will produce suboptimal meal plans. You are responsible for the accuracy of data you enter.
• Use the service for personal use only. You may not resell, redistribute, or commercially exploit meal plans generated by NutriPlan without written permission.
• Not attempt to abuse or reverse-engineer the service. Automated scraping, API abuse, or attempts to circumvent rate limits are prohibited.
• Maintain account security. You are responsible for keeping your account credentials secure. Notify us immediately if you suspect unauthorized access.

5. Intellectual Property

The NutriPlan platform, including its LP solver, ingredient database, and user interface, is proprietary software. You retain ownership of any personal data you provide.

Meal plans generated for your personal use are yours to use freely. The underlying solver logic and nutritional database remain the property of NutriPlan.

6. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW:

• NutriPlan is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied.
• We do not warrant that the service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that nutritional calculations will be accurate for all individuals.
• NutriPlan's total liability for any claim arising from use of the service shall not exceed the amount you paid in the 12 months preceding the claim.
• We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, including health outcomes, loss of data, or loss of profits.

7. Privacy

Your use of NutriPlan is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference.

8. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account if you violate these Terms, engage in abusive behavior, or use the service in ways that harm other users or the platform.

You may delete your account at any time by contacting nutriplan@polsia.app.

9. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, United States, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes shall be resolved through binding arbitration under the rules of the American Arbitration Association, except that either party may seek injunctive relief in court for intellectual property violations.

10. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. We'll update the "last updated" date at the top of this page. Continued use of NutriPlan after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
